Teachers@work Policy

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. At teachers@work we want to ensure your visit to us is as safe, satisfying, convenient and pleasurable as possible. The information, which we receive from you, is used to process orders only. The information remains with us. We do not sell or trade or share this information with anyone outside the teachers@work organisation.

Ordering online

Orders are not binding upon teachers@work until accepted by us. Should we not accept the order then all monies will be refunded to you.

Schools in New Zealand must quote order numbers when ordering. Schools and customers outside the school system in New Zealand must either send through payment by cheque or use the credit card facilities available online. When cheques are received the order will be processed. Cheques are to be made payable to teachers@work.

Teachers@work remain the owners of the products we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe to us for all the products.

Delivery

Teachers@work will freight the products to you by whatever method and route we consider to be the most expedient. In general we will use New Zealand Post unless you specify otherwise or the physical weight of the order is in excess of 5kg.

If we have specified a delivery date, we will try and deliver the products to you by that date. However, this may not always be possible.

A separate charge for shipping and handling will be shown on our invoices which accompany the Products.

Returns

Return of Products

Teachers@work accepts returns under the following conditions:

(a) Damaged goods - All damaged or faulty products can be returned, and we will replace the products or give you a full refund by cheque or credit card. Goods must be returned to us stating what damage occurred.

(b) Faulty software - If you have problems loading software please contact us. We can arrange for the appropriate technical support to contact you. If the product is deemed faulty we will happily refund in full or replace the item.

(c) Incorrectly supplied product - Where you have received a product from teachers@work that was different from what you ordered, we will replace the product with the correct item, or give you a full refund by cheque or credit card.

All Products returned must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories together with the invoice and packing slip accompanying the Products. All CD ROM's and software must be returned unopened.
